E05 / E19: treadmill feels 'stiff'

When this code appears, the treadmill is protecting the motor from overheating.

  • Step 1: lubricate.
  • Moov Walk/Run: open the oil-fill hole on the side of the treadmill, spray a small amount of oil in, set the treadmill to a low speed (±1 km/h) and walk slowly for a few minutes so the oil spreads evenly.
  • SmartStep: lift the running belt and spray a small amount of silicone oil on the underside of the belt. Let the belt run for 2 minutes at 1 km/h and walk from left to right to distribute the lubricant evenly.
  • Step 2: adjust. If the belt is too tight the motor will strain. Turn the two adjustment screws at the back a quarter turn to the left (counterclockwise) each.

E06 / E11: power issues

Our motors need a direct, stable connection.

  • Make sure the plug is in a grounded wall socket;
  • Temporarily unplug other high-power appliances (like a kettle or heater) on the same circuit to prevent overloading your home wiring.
