Our Commitment to transparency
At Moov, we value honest and authentic feedback. Reviews help us improve our products and assist other customers in making informed decisions. To ensure the integrity of the feedback on our website, we adhere to the guidelines in this policy.
How we collect reviews

Product Reviews: To ensure authenticity, we use an external review partner that automatically invites customers to share their feedback after a completed purchase. This verification process ensures that all product reviews originate from real users. All genuine, positive and negative, feedback is published to provide a transparent overview. We do not buy reviews or accept reviews from people who have not purchased the product.

Company Reviews (Trustpilot): For overall service and support feedback, we use Trustpilot, an independent third-party platform. Trustpilot verifies reviews using automated fraud-detection software, allows all customers to leave feedback and does not allow us to delete or hide negative reviews.
We believe in showing the full picture, which is why we publish both positive and negative reviews. We do not filter or cherry-pick reviews.
Review moderation
We do not filter reviews based on their rating. However, we do moderate reviews to ensure safety, legality and relevance and therefore reserve the right to remove or edit reviews that contain:

Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.

Personal data (such as phone numbers or home addresses).

Spam, promotional content, or links to third-party websites.

Content that is entirely unrelated to the product or our service.
We do not remove reviews based on rating or sentiment.
No paid reviews
Moov does not pay customers or third parties to write fake reviews. If a customer is offered a small incentive (such as a discount code for their next purchase) in exchange for providing an honest review, this will be clearly disclosed. We guarantee that such incentives are provided regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.
Third-party platforms
In addition to the reviews on our website, we may display feedback collected via (other) independent third-party platforms (such as Google Reviews). These platforms have their own verification processes which we do not directly control. When third-party reviews are shown on our website, we clearly indicate their source.
Retention of reviews
Reviews remain visible for as long as the product is available for sale, unless the reviewer requests removal, the review violates our moderation rules or the product is discontinued.
