Returns and refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. This period begins on the day the order is delivered to you.
Return costs
Returning is free of charge!
Requesting a return
Would you like to return a product? Simply register your return through our return portal within 30 days of receipt. In the portal, you can request a free return label or choose to have the product collected by us.
Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup appointment, and always keep your proof of shipment or the confirmation of the pickup appointment as evidence of your return. After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation with the status of your return and the next steps.
All return requests must be initiated digitally through our return portal, which is accessible via the Helpcenter, your order confirmation, the order status page, and your account portal. If you contact us by phone, our team will gladly assist you, but the return will still be formally registered through the digital portal to ensure correct and traceable processing.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

Packaging: The product is ideally returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

Completeness: All parts, manuals, and accessories must be complete and present.

Condition: The product is in an undamaged, "as new" condition.
You are entitled to inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product is returned with damage, missing parts, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its functioning, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from your refund. This also applies if the original packaging is missing and leads to a reduction in the product’s resale value.
The following items cannot be returned:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed

Digital content not supplied on a physical medium once download or streaming has begun

Services already fully performed with your prior consent
If any of these exceptions apply, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Refunds
In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we have received the returned product or you have demonstrated that it has been sent back. We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We will not refund any additional delivery costs for premium or express shipping or any other costs related to optional services.
Partial Returns & Bundles
If you return only part of your order we refund the returned items but there is no refund of delivery costs. If you purchased a bundle at a discounted price, returning part of the bundle may affect the refund amount.

If you choose your own carrier, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you use our return label or pickup service, we bear the transport risk.
