Warranty

At Moov we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why you receive a standard 2-year warranty on all our treadmills and accessories. If you want extra peace of mind, you can also purchase an extended warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects caused by material or manufacturing faults during normal use according to the manual. You also retain your statutory warranty rights, which mean a product must perform as you can reasonably expect.

Examples of what is covered:

  • Defects in components or construction (e.g., a motor that fails)
  • Manufacturing faults or damage occurring during normal use
  • Technical failures within the warranty period

What is not covered?

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., wear to the belt from heavy use)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or repairs by third parties
  • External causes such as water damage, power surges or drops

How to make a warranty claim

Have an issue within the warranty period? Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@moovmore.com
  2. Include the following in your message:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • A clear description of the problem
    • A photo or video of the defect
    • Your proof of purchase

We will contact you within 2 business days after receiving your request. We will review the situation and work with you to find the right solution.

How does this work?

In exceptional cases we replace an appliance entirely, but in most cases replacing a single part is enough.

For this we don't work with on-site technicians; instead we send you the right part directly so you can get going again quickly, without waiting for an appointment. We carefully explain which steps you need to follow — these are usually very simple.

Can't manage the installation yourself, or is a replacement part not the right solution? Then we'll look together at what does work; we always come up with a good solution.

This also fits with how we view sustainability. Sending a part has a much smaller ecological impact than a technician driving back and forth.

Extended warranty (optional)

If you want longer coverage, you can buy an extended warranty. This extends the standard warranty period and keeps you fully supported.

You can add the extra warranty easily:

  • On the product page when ordering
  • In your shopping cart
  • Up to 30 days after purchase
