We make it easier to get started.
Moving more isn't a matter of willpower. It's a matter of design. We don't ask you to run harder. We change your surroundings. Movement returns to where you live and becomes part of the day again.
50%
Packed schedules and sedentary work fill the day before movement gets a chance.
9 hours
That's how long we sit, without choosing to. Modern work, travel and life are designed that way.
30 min
Sitting still slows your metabolism and lowers energy levels.
1 hour
Of intense movement a week — many of us try to compensate with that. But our bodies are built for simple, regular movement.
Moving more isn't a matter of willpower. It's a matter of design. We don't ask you to run harder. We change your surroundings. Movement returns to where you live and becomes part of the day again.
The real challenge isn't the first step. It's the one after that. Our treadmills lower the barrier to begin. Our software, reminders and community help you come back. One helps you start. The other helps you return.
Our treadmills aren't a replacement for the outdoors. They're an extension of your day. We meet you where you are, without asking you to become someone else first.
Movement doesn’t need to be big to matter. Even 30 min a day makes a difference.
Your oxygen uptake improves quickly by about 15%. Climbing stairs or cycling feels easier.
Movement stimulates the proteins that repair your brain. Less tension. A clearer head.
30 minutes of daily movement lowers the biological age of your cells.
30 minutes of daily movement lowers the biological age of your cells. On average, that adds three years to your life.
"When I started my first company in 2019, I was driven entirely by status. Then one night, lying in bed, my heart started racing. I genuinely thought I was dying. That was my first panic attack.
What followed was months of anxiety, fear, an existential crisis that shook everything. It forced me to slow down for the first time in my life. To actually feel things. To be vulnerable.
The drive to be seen made way for something deeper. I wanted to build something that genuinely helps people. I saw how little we move — and that the current system simply doesn't work. It asks for discipline in a world designed for stillness. That had to change.
So Moov was born. We started by making movement easier, but I gradually realised that wasn't the whole answer. The real question became: does this actually help people, or just sound like it?
Our mission isn't to sell treadmills. It's to change how movement fits into everyday life. So it becomes something you return to — even when your schedule is full, your energy is low or motivation isn't there.
The goal isn't to help you move more. It's to help you keep moving. Not by asking more of you. By changing the conditions around you. Step by step, we give you back control over your own vitality."
OUR
CORE VALUES
The personal transformation of our founder Mickey shapes how we work as a team.
We don't exist to sell treadmills. We exist to create lasting change. No misleading claims. No shaming. No false promises. The only thing that counts is whether you're still moving a year from now.
Vulnerability is the foundation for real connection. So we go first. We always show our vulnerabilty and give everyone around us room to do the same. That's how you build for real life. That's how you build something people can actually return to.
We move with you. Not the other way around. We keep learning, keep removing friction, because that's what closes the gap between wanting to move and actually doing it. If something doesn't help you stay in motion, we remove it.
