Where is my order?

Wat fijn dat je de eerste stap naar meer bewegen hebt gezet door een bestelling bij ons te plaatsen. We helpen je graag om duidelijk te krijgen waar je pakket zich momenteel bevindt. 

Zodra je bestelling is geplaatst, ontvang je een mail met een orderbevestiging. Hierin vind je een oranje knop met ‘Bestelling bekijken’. Wanneer je hierop klikt kom je op een actuele pagina, die je een duidelijke update geeft van waar je bestelling zich bevindt. Zo weet  je altijd waar je aan toe bent.

Zodra je pakket onderweg is, ontvang je ook een track-&-trace-link van de vervoerder. Daarmee volg je je pakket stap voor stap tot aan je deur. Komt de mail met je track-&-trace niet aan? Check je spamfolder of klik op de oranje knop in je bestelbevestiging. Hierin zullen we ook de track-&-trace met je delen zodra wij die weten. Kom je er niet uit, neem dan contact met ons op.

Zegt je track-&-trace ‘bezorgd’, maar heb je niks ontvangen? Dat is heel vervelend. Controleer voor de zekerheid altijd even of de bezorger je pakket bij de buren heeft achtergelaten of dat er een briefje in je brievenbus ligt. Is je loopband echt spoorloos, of heeft je track-&-trace al 5 dagen geen update gehad? Vul dan het formulier hieronder in, we zoeken dan direct voor je uit waar het gebleven kan zijn. 

Blijft je pakket onvindbaar? Vul je gegevens in, dan starten we zo snel mogelijk een onderzoek op bij de vervoerder.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary by country:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
  • Germany: 3 to 7 business days
  • Austria: 3 to 7 business days
  • Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days

Your order confirmation always includes the expected delivery date. It also has an orange button labelled 'View order' - click it to see exactly where things stand. Didn't receive the confirmation? Check your spam folder or get in touch.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by country:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany & Austria: free for orders from €50. For orders under €50 we charge €6.95 shipping.
  • Switzerland: free for orders from 50 CHF. For orders under 50 CHF we charge 19 CHF shipping. Any customs fees are on us; you don’t need to worry about them.

Orders in the Netherlands are delivered by DHL. For Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland we use DPD.

Who is the treadmill suitable for?

Exercise is for everyone, and that's why Moov treadmills are for everyone too. Whether you’re a beginner or a dedicated athlete, young or old – you can always work out at your own pace.

Are returned products resold?

Returns are not resold as new. Every return is inspected and then sent to 2dekansje. There the treadmill gets a second life as a second-chance product. This way we handle returns sustainably and you’re guaranteed the best quality.

How can I place an order if I have payment issues?

Sometimes a payment can fail. Do not panic. You can still place your order by trying a different browser or device. Using your browser's incognito/private mode can also help. That usually lets you complete your order successfully. Still having trouble? Please contact us.

How do I change a Klarna payment method?

Chose the wrong payment method with Klarna? No need to worry, it happens. Klarna defaults to 'Pay later'. Want to pay in 3 instalments? You can select that option yourself at checkout. Heads-up: paying in 3 instalments through Klarna is only available in the Netherlands. Belgian customers can use iDeal or Alma.

Unfortunately we can't change this afterwards. You can contact Klarna to see if they can still update it. If that doesn’t work, please get in touch with us – we’re happy to help and see what we can do for you.

What is the delivery time?

Curious about your order's delivery time? It's easy to check. Your order confirmation always shows the current delivery time for your order. As a guideline, we use the following delivery times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2 to 5 business days
  • Germany: 3 to 7 business days
  • Austria: 3 to 7 business days
  • Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days

My delivery seems stuck – what now?

Is your delivery stuck? We're happy to look into it. If a parcel shows no updates for 5 days or more, we open an investigation with the carrier to find out what's happening. Has it been 5 days or longer? Contact us – we’re here to help.

Which carrier ships the order?

Orders for treadmills in the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped via BR fulfilment, a strong partner for heavier parcels. The accessories are shipped separately via DHL. Please note that the two are therefore not delivered at the same time. In other countries, both treadmills and accessories are delivered through various carriers.
