Sustainability policy

Our Commitment to the Planet
At Moov, we believe that high-quality fitness equipment and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint by choosing durable materials, optimizing our logistics, and ensuring that old electronics are recycled responsibly.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Moov complies with the EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and all national e-waste regulations in the countries where we operate. This means we ensure that electrical and electronic equipment is collected, treated and recycled in an environmentally responsible way.
Products marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin must not be disposed of with regular household waste. They must be collected separately for specialized treatment. This symbol means:
-
the product must be collected separately
-
it must be taken to an authorized recycling facility
-
it may not be disposed of with household waste
Consumers play a vital role in the circular economy by ensuring that old fitness electronics enter the correct recycling stream.
Our Take-Back Service
You can return your old device free of charge at any official collection point operated by the national Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) in your country. These include municipal recycling centres, certified drop-off points and other authorised collection locations (such as local recycling centers).
If you prefer not to visit a collection point, Moov can arrange a free pick-up of your old device when your new product is delivered. This service is available for an equivalent device and follows national WEEE rules. To request a take-back, contact us through our helpdesk.
Battery Recycling
Many of our accessories contain batteries. Batteries contain important raw materials but also substances that can be harmful to health and the environment. You are legally obligated to return used batteries to specialized collection points (such as local recycling centers or retail collection boxes) and not dispose of them in household waste.
Packaging & Waste Reduction
We aim to minimize packaging waste and use recyclable materials wherever possible. We encourage our customers to dispose of cardboard and protective plastics via local recycling programs to give these materials a second life. Moov continuously works to reduce packaging volume and increase the use of recycled content.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
In accordance with the national transpositions of the European circular economy frameworks, Moovv is registered with the relevant environmental organizations for the management of packaging, batteries, and electronic waste. You can find our official registration and IDU numbers in the table below.
