Moov treadmill comparison: which model fits your day?

The workday keeps moving, the weather turns or there is little time left at home. That is when movement nearby can help. Moov has four treadmills, built around two questions: do you mainly want to walk and light jog, or do you also want to run? And do you want automatic incline? Compare the models step by step.

In short

  • Moov Walk: walking and light jogging up to 8 km/h, without automatic incline.
  • Moov Walk Plus: walking and light jogging up to 8 km/h, with automatic incline up to 15%.
  • Moov Run: walking, jogging and running up to 14 km/h, with a larger running surface.
  • Moov Run Plus: walking through to running, with automatic incline up to 15%.

Begin with what you want to do on the treadmill. Then decide how much variation you need. Walking or running. Flat or incline.

The Walk range: walking and light jogging

A few steps during a phone call. Ten minutes between meetings. Or calm walking while you watch a series. The Walk range is designed for moments when you want to add movement to the day without turning it into a separate training appointment.

Both versions reach up to 8 km/h and use a 100 × 40 cm running surface. The standard model keeps the movement flat. The Plus version adds automatic incline up to 15%, letting you increase the effort without moving faster.

The side supports fold down and the treadmill stays compact between sessions. Movement remains within reach. Easy to begin. Easy to pick up again.

The Run range: walking through to running

Some days suit a calm walk. Other days you want to jog or run. The Run range supports both, with speeds up to 14 km/h and a 120 × 44 cm running surface.

The larger surface gives your stride more room as the pace rises. The standard version stays flat. The Plus version combines the same speed and space with automatic incline up to 15%.

The Run range is longer and heavier than the Walk range. That is not a ranking. It reflects the use: running needs more room for a natural stride.

Speed and use

A higher top speed matters only when you plan to use it. For daily steps, walking while working and light jogging, the Walk range fits. For running, the Run range offers up to 14 km/h and a longer surface. Do not choose more because it is available. Choose what fits your day.

Design and functionality

All four models include foldable side supports, two displays and controls through the handrail or remote. Current product specifications list motor noise below 50 dB. The treadmills also include twelve built-in programmes, a Bluetooth speaker and compatibility with Zwift and Kinomap.

The main functional difference stays simple: Plus models add automatic incline. Models without incline use 360° wheels and can move sideways too. Plus models roll forwards and backwards.

The best treadmill for slow running

Every Moov can be your slow-running companion. All our models have the features to keep your "niko niko" pace — that smiling pace — steady. Want a treadmill that grows with you? The Moov Run and Moov Run Plus let you slow run and move at higher speeds too. A good base if you're building toward longer distances, or even a marathon.

Dimensions and weight

The Walk range measures approximately 126.6 × 76.5 × 101.4 cm when unfolded. The Run range measures approximately 146.6 × 80.5 × 117 cm. Weight ranges from 30.5 kg for the lightest model to 44 kg for the model combining running speed and incline.

Measure the place where you will move and the place where the treadmill will stay. Include the space between desk legs when relevant. Close enough to use. Practical enough to put aside.

Movement that fits into the day

A treadmill at home does not replace outdoor walking, sport or the gym. It catches moments that would otherwise pass while sitting: before the first meeting, during a call or when the weather turns. A few minutes count too. One step today. Another tomorrow.

Which treadmill will you choose?

For more daily steps and occasional light jogging, begin with the Walk range. Add the Plus version when incline adds useful variation. For running, the Run range is the better match. Choose Run Plus when you want to combine running speed and incline.

The best choice is not the model with the most possibilities. It is the model that fits the movement you want to return to.
