Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with an order confirmation. In it, you’ll find an orange button labeled “View Order.” When you click on it, you’ll be taken to a page that provides a clear update on where your order is. That way, you’ll always know where you stand.
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll also receive a track-and-trace link from the carrier. This allows you to track your package step by step all the way to your door. Didn’t receive the email with your tracking information? Check your spam folder or click the orange button in your order confirmation. We’ll also share the tracking information with you there as soon as we have it. If you’re still having trouble, please contact us.
Does your tracking information say “delivered,” but you haven’t received anything? That’s very frustrating. To be sure, always check whether the delivery person left your package with a neighbor or if there’s a note in your mailbox.
