Delivery Times

For pre-order products, we display an estimated delivery window in the check-out flow. This window reflects the expected availability and dispatch timings, if any changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail. 

If you order items from our stock before 11:45 PM, we will process and ship your order the very same day. In most cases, your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days, unless a different lead time is specified on the product page. Please keep in mind that these delivery times are indications and do not constitute a guaranteed deadline. During busy periods, such as holidays, or in the event of extreme weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer than expected.

Delivery Area

Moov ships to all member states of the European Union. If delivery to certain regions is not possible (e.g., remote islands), this will be indicated during the check-out.

Shipping costs

We apply a simple and transparent shipping structure based on three regional zones:

DACH Germany, Austria €7,95
Other All other EU member states €9,95

Orders above €59 qualify for free shipping in all EU countries we serve.

Order confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with a full overview of your purchase. If you haven't received this confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@moovmore.com so we can assist you.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a track & trace code via e-mail. This allows you to follow the status of your shipment in real-time and see exactly when the carrier expects to arrive at your door.

Split Shipment

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability and warehouse location. This does not result in additional shipping costs.

Delayed deliveries

While we do our absolute best to get your order to you as fast as possible, we dependent on our carriers. If your package has not been delivered after 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service or contact the carrier directly for more information. Should a delivery take longer than 30 days, you are legally entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
